An award-winning masterplan. Lloydbore were appointed by SEEDA (now HCA) as part of a specialist team on the design and implementation of a large scale infrastructure and mixed use development as part of a major regeneration project on the Isle of Sheppey. Site sensitivity was an important consideration, situated adjacent to a Site of Special Scientific Interest and designated Ramsar Site.

Lloydbore's landscape and ecology teams were involved throughout the design and planning process, through to implementation.
