Lucy Lincoln

Lucy is an experienced ecological consultant and the company’s technical lead for bat survey and mitigation work.

Lucy is registered to use the Natural England Level 2 and Level 4 bat class survey licences. This allows her to use advanced survey methods to inform bat mitigation solutions for complex development projects. Lucy regularly produces and submits bat mitigation licence applications to Natural England and has a strong track record in achieving licensing results and managing the implementation of mitigation licences.

Whilst Lucy specialises in bat work, she also takes a lead role on all terrestrial ecology matters and is registered to use Natural England class survey licences for great crested newt and barn owl. She has substantial experience of complex development projects, and effectively managing these projects through the pre-planning, planning and implementation stages. Lucy produces ecology chapters to support Environmental Impact Assessments and works closely with long-term clients to minimise risks to their projects and promote biodiversity by design. She provides technical support to the wider ecology team and has significant experience in undertaking BREEAM ecology assessment work.

Lucy is pragmatic, proactive and commercially aware when providing advice to clients about their projects.
